My open letter to clients is up on The Drum

I forgot to blog about this!

It went up yesterday and is currently the most viewed article on the site!

Some people tell me they hate it. Others tell me they love it.

    I saw your article on The Drum and wholeheartedly agree. We have changed our approach recently; our marketing team are now encouraged to really listen to what our customers (and wider audience) are saying and engage with them as soon as possible. It’s no longer sell, sell sell and “aren’t we fantastic”. We need to fight for every customer we can in today’s econimic climate and surely we can do this better if we actually listen to what they want, rather than assuming we already know.
