If you want to get better at what you do, get into the habit of asking for criticism.
You won’t learn anything from silence.

    Funnily enough, I’m writing a blog post for the Clock blog on that very point! =]

    You could have written, “Criticism is needed on in order to improve your craft. If you don’t want to improve, don’t go asking for feedback.”

    Same effect, different slant. =]
