Hey! What are you up to next Tuesday?

Well, it looks like my breakfast talk for the DBA last week went down alright. My crazed rants and potty mouth didn’t seem to upset too many people. Phew!

So they’ve decided to go ahead with a half day workshop next week.

Here are the details:

The Impact of New Digital Platforms

Traditionally, branding has been all about having maximum control of how people experience a brand. Substantial areas of rainforest have been pulped to produce documents that show in great detail how a brand should appear in a multitude of media. This has worked pretty well up until now.

But the internet has changed the way consumers interact with brands, now its not just about broadcasting a message – its about listening, sharing, enabling and taking part in conversations.

We’ll be looking at these changes and working out when it’s good to have control and when it’s better to let go.

Date:

Tuesday 30 November 2010

Time:

9.30 – 1.00pm

Venue:

Trafalgar Events, 8-9 Northumberland Street, London WC2N 5DA

Tickets:

DBA members: £199+vat (£233.82)

So if you’re not too busy defrosting your fridge or rearranging the pens in your desk-tidy, it would be lovely to see you there.
