    One way of drumming up extra business is to say you can’t make the logo bigger because it’s a shite logo. Offer to redo it and promise you’ll make your new version much bigger.

    Unfortuately from experience this tactic doesn’t really work with big brands like Microsoft, Intel, Citroen etc.
