Giving you a lump in your throat

I’m getting a lot of Viagra spam at the moment, all with ‘MR D C BIRSS’ somewhere in the subject line. This one caught my eye today. It’s not so much the crass visual at the top – but the size of the tablet at the bottom. How the hell are you supposed to swallow that?!
